Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Avello Event Consulting & Concierge website and the services we provide. By submitting an inquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Avello Event Consulting & Concierge provides event consulting, coordination, concierge, private bartending and staffing, signature cocktail and menu planning, mobile bar service, and vendor coordination. The specific scope, deliverables, dates, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Inquiries and quotes
Submitting the inquiry form does not create a booking or guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only upon a signed agreement and any required deposit.
Alcohol service
Where Avello Event Consulting & Concierge provides bartending or bar service, all service is performed in compliance with New York State law. Depending on the engagement, alcohol may be provided by the client or venue, or under an applicable permit. Avello Event Consulting & Concierge and its staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or cannot provide valid proof of legal drinking age, and to take reasonable steps for the safety of guests.
Payments, deposits, and cancellations
Deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation and refund terms are specified in your service agreement. Deposits reserve your date and may be non-refundable as stated in that agreement.
Communications
By contacting us, you consent to receive responses by email, phone, and — if you opt in — text message, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avello Event Consulting & Concierge's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. Avello Event Consulting & Concierge is not liable for the acts of third-party vendors the client separately contracts, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
